Roberto Fiore’s professional activity has always been carried out in the Criminal Law sector with specialization in the field of economic crimes (in corporate, bankruptcy and tax matters).

Since the entry into force of the legislation on the administrative liability of legal persons, he has become responsible for the operational team of LP Avvocati for the assessment of the legal compliance of the organization and corporate activity, for the creation of organizational models and the organization chart of responsibilities.

He works as President of the Supervisory Body pursuant to D. Lgs. 231/2001 for numerous Italian and multinational companies and, in some cases, holds the role of Member of the Supervisory Body pursuant to D. Lgs. 231/2001.

In more detail, Roberto Fiore and the Firm provided consultancy activities for the drafting of the organizational model pursuant to D. Lgs. 231/2001 in favor of numerous national and multinational companies in the various sectors of mechanical industry, manufacturing, energy, environment and waste cycle management.
