Alvise focuses his practice on contractual matters, in particular with regard to banking, finance and corporate law, extraordinary corporate transactions (mergers, spinoffs, public offerings of sale and exchange and IPO).

He has developed a broad experience in drafting and negotiating acquisitions agreements, joint ventures agreements, shareholders’ agreements and other commercial agreements.
