Throughout his university career and professional activity, Alberto Grassi has delved into various areas of economic criminal law sector, with particular regard to corporate, bankruptcy and tax criminal law.
He currently deals with the administrative criminal liability of legal persons under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, with particular regard to the various areas of integrated compliance, actively collaborating in the activities of risk assessment, drafting and updating of the Corporate Organization, Management and Control Models as well as integrated compliance management systems.
