Stefano is mainly specialized in advising the clients of the Firm on a wide range of issues of commercial and corporate law. Stefano gives assistance in the negotiation and drafting of share purchase agreements, agreements concerning the sale of business units and shareholder agreements. He also participates in the drafting of by-laws, resolutions of corporate bodies, commercial agreements and legal opinions.

Stefano has also acquired experience in assisting clients on disputes concerning commercial and corporate law matters and on proceedings under the jurisdiction of Consob and the Bank of Italy, also with reference to the appeal against judgments issued by the mentioned independent authorities.
